Proviss Innovations first began operations in 1984 as Total PC Solutions, and was founded by the late Burt Costello.  Burt's tireless commitment to his customers and their success helped the company evolve into Proviss, a full-service provider of highly functional software and integration services. Our goal today remains the same as it did 20 years ago: to provide the highest quality solutions and unparalleled customer support, all at an affordable cost to you, the customer.

   David Rose, CPIM

David Rose has worked in the manufacturing, inventory and distribution industry for more than 20 years.  Dave is responsible for the development of ProVisS, the company’s powerful suite of custom-built distribution management solutions.  Prior to joining Proviss Innovations as a partner, Dave worked in several different capacities for Kingway Material Handling Co., one the world’s leading suppliers of Order Selection Systems.  Dave’s software development career extends back to Freudenberg-NOK, an international manufacturing company based in Weinheim, Germany, where he designed and developed the original inventory and shop floor control system.

Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Franklin Pierce College, and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and education from Bridgewater State College.  In addition, he is certified by APICS in production and inventory management.

   Robin Costello

Robin Costello has more than 20 years experience in the IT industry.  Robin first started with Total PC Solutions, as a consultant in 1986, working on a manufacturing system for the apparel industry and became a partner in 1990.  Robin’s responsibilities for Total PC included managing the A/P, A/R, and Order Entry Systems for Ekornes ASA’s distribution center, the largest furniture manufacturer in Scandinavia; EZ-Fill, a retail pharmacy prescription system; and the daily running of the business.

Prior to working for Total PC, Robin worked as a Project Manager for Adidas USA where she was responsible for developing an order entry system; a Project Leader for J.T.  Baker, a chemical company, where she was responsible for maintaining several systems; and Senior Applications Analyst for Baker & Taylor, a book distributor, where she worked on a payroll, order entry, warehouse, and inventory management systems.

   Carlene Rose

Carlene Rose has more than 15 years experience in the marketing and advertising industry.  She first began her career as a media buyer for a small advertising agency, and held several positions before forming her own company, including media director, account executive, project manager, and account manager.  Carlene has worked extensively with manufacturing companies and has developed marketing strategies for many international organizations.  She is a past president and the former executive director for the Advertising Association of New Hampshire, and has received numerous awards for her contributions to the industry.  Carlene’s role with Proviss is to create awareness of the ProVisS product and to develop strategic business relationships with companies within the logistics and application arena.

Carlene holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of New Hampshire as well as an associate degree in business management from Franklin Pierce College.
